Big Cedar/Detroit

At the beginning of August we went to Big Cedar for a few days, then headed up to Detroit from there.  Jeff had to work a conference so the kiddos and I stayed with one of my best friends Kara and her family.  The kids got along great and we h ad a wonderful time.  While we were at Big Cedar, Todd came over in his boat one day and got us for the whole day.  We went tubing, jumped off a cliff, and hung at their lake house.  Big Cedar was great.  Spent lots of time at the pool, played some mini golf, checked out Top of the Rock where we drove golf carts through a nature trail.  One evening Todd came back and picked us up and we went and got ice cream at a nearby hotel and then watched the sunset on the boat!  It was awesome and we want to go back again sometime soon!
