December was full

Looking back on our December, it was super full.  Not just busy full, but it filled my heart full.  Lots of good times and memories.  After 10 years we broke down and got a prelit tree!  It is awesome and so easy to put up!  The kiddos enjoyed decorating it and putting up decorations.  e went to the botanical gardens with Joy, Jane and Manzi.  I got to go to see the Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant Christmas show with some dear friends.  These women have been in my life since I was a little girl and Sandy and Gail are like family to me.  And getting to sit with Erin, was so much fun and such a treat!  Love that girl so much and am so thankful for her friendship all these years!  We went to Breakfast with Santa with Steve, Sarah and Mason Earll. We went and saw Star Wars 2 different times with the kids and we all loved it both times!  Froggy was in town so we got to hang with him and the kids loved playing Mario with him.  We built gingerbread houses.  I helped at Aiden's holiday party in his class and got to attend Cale's winter party (although I forgot to take pics at Cale's). We went to the Zoo Wild Lights with our sweet cousins Natalie and Jeremy and their adorable girls.  Aiden and I got to go hand out food and blankets to the homeless.  We did Christmas eve with my family.  Christmas morning was spent opening presents and relaxing.  The kiddos got a ton of legos so they worked on them with Jeff for the holiday break.  Jeff got the Millenium Falcon lego for Christmas and he enjoyed putting that together.  We went to Mike and Jen's for Christmas dinner and it was great catching up with family.  It's always so fun to watch Christmas through the kids eyes.  They were just so excited!

We also got to hang with Darnisha and go drive through Candy Cane Lane, get Ted Drewes, and play Pie Face the game.  We went to the Magic House and Sky Zone with Mal and the rest
of my family while she was in town. God to hang with Berta, Manzi, Jane, and Noah one afternoon, and on New Year's Eve, Jeff only had one show so he was home with us!  That was a first!  He has worked down at First Night since I've known him so it was so nice to have him home!  We got to have Cale's best friend and his family over for New Year's eve.  We had a blast with Troy, Laurel, Jonah and Vivian!  We all went and watched Jeff's show and just hung out.  So much fun!

My heart is full just thinking back to and looking at pics from this holiday!  Such wonderful memories!
