Darren Lotow

This post is hard to write.  4th of July was awesome.  I woke up at 6:30 July 5th to a text from my dear friend Michelle saying that Darren passed away early that morning from injuries due to a malfunction in a firework he was shooting on their ranch.  I've known Cat since 2004 and she is one of my best friends.  The news was unreal, surreal, devastating.  This could not be happening.  Darren had this amazing personality.  He was welcoming, genuine, funny, goofy, adventurous, loved his wife and children well, and just lived life to the fullest.  There is a whole in all of our hearts now that still aches at his loss.  He would have been 43 on October 17th.  His life ended too soon.  Jeff and I are so thankful for the many years that we got to spend with him.  The laughs, amazing meals, talks, and hanging out on the Lotow ranch.  He was a true friend and we loved him dearly and will miss him always.

Here's some pictures of Darren.  We love and miss you man!!

Friends for life!

This picture makes me cry.  It's all my dear friends and Darren and Glenda, Darren's mom who passed away 2 months before he did.

Always trying to photo bomb us!
